Hamilton and Wenham 6th grade boys got of to a rough start being
outscored by Newburyport in the first half with a score of 24 to 12 in
the first half. However the tide would change in the second half
Hamilton and Wenham would come charging back with runs on there on out
scoring Newburyport in the second half 29 to 16, the run was lead by a
variety of players. But all eleven players help take this win everyone
contributed big in the second half, to come up with the big win beating
Newburyport 41-40. |

After trainling by 1 at the half, North Reading tightened its defense to
defeat Marblehead. North Reading used a stifling halfcourt trap to
start the second half and went on a 15-0 run. The Hornets maintained
their double-digit lead to the final buzzer. |

played well..daniel gonzazlez was huge in the paint..nice way to start

Hamilton and Wenham 7th grades boys oust Newburyport 7th grade team.
Even though Hamilton and Wenham never trailed in the game, Newburyport
still give them all they had, but they could not overcome the heavy
three point shooting of Tam, 2 threes, Lindland, 2 threes, Thompson, 1
three and Kelly, 1 three. Also Newburyport had a hard time stopping the
inside forces of Foringer, who fouled out and Carp combined they had 25
rebounds, and 20 points, this was to much for Newburyport to handle. Tam
lead Hamilton and Wenham with 14 points he also had 5 assist, 4
rebounds, and 5 steals. Carp also had 14 points and 15 rebounds and 3
block shots. Newburyport was lead by Kontaine he posted 17 points and 10
rebounds in a losing effort. |

not many to speak of..we couldn't seem to handle their 1-2-2 press..we
took too many outside shots and our "key" big guy fouled out in the
first half!!.. liam McCarthy and cameron davis played well..we also
couldn't seem to finish when we got to the basket..they were very
aggressive on defense. (trap) |
we played them just about even in the second half..need a consistent
effort for a full game. |

This was a close game in the first half as both teams played excellent
defense and H/W ended up with a 26-19 lead. However, a big run for the
Generals to begin the first half was too much for the Clippers to
overcome. |
